It is somewhat hidden in a beautiful wooded high valley, but centrally located in the Thuringian Forest, only 9 km south-west of Oberhof. Here you will find THE comfortable holiday flat with attractive decoration - child-friendly, but also ideal for couples! Beautiful paintings add that certain something to this new, non-smoking property, which is particularly cosy thanks to underfloor heating. The bedroom, children's room with bunk beds, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and, last but not least, the 26 m² living room with modern open-plan kitchen create a feel-good holiday environment thanks to well-coordinated colours and lighting. There is also a dishwasher, plenty of kitchen equipment, a sound stereo system, satellite TV and a flat-rate telephone. In the middle of the Thuringian Forest, not far from Oberhof in a small village, you also have the right outdoor area with wooded surroundings, rural idyll and your own beautiful terrace for a peaceful, nature-loving holiday.

Detached two-family house with separate outdoor areas and entrances, the holiday flat faces the sunny side of the valley. Close to the forest on the edge of the village and in a very quiet location. Hiking possible from the front door. Bakery, butcher, hairdresser, small outdoor swimming pool and sunbeds within 300 metres.

All destinations in the Thuringian Forest are easy to reach by car. About 1 km outside the village there is a ski lift (descent approx. 700 m), well signposted hiking trails and in winter also groomed cross-country ski trails with connections to the Rennsteig and Oberhof (10 km through the forest)

Each room in the holiday flat has individually adjustable underfloor heating. Even in winter at minus 25 degrees or in cool summer times it is guaranteed to be cosy and warm. Allergy-orientated letting, therefore smoke-free (non-smoking house) and free of animal hair (therefore no pets). Bedrooms | Bathroom: 1 bedroom with double bed.1 children's room with bunk bed.1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and shower. Kitchen: Open, modern kitchen in the living room, equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, bread slicer, Tupperware, table linen, cleaning products, spices and crockery for at least 12 people.Outdoor area: Directly in front of the door barbecue terrace with garden furniture, followed by a 600 square metre fruit tree meadow, can be used depending on the season. Other: The detached two-family house has two separate entrances, the holiday flat is sunny and at ground level on the beautiful valley side, only about 1 km from Bermbach: ski lift (piste length 700 m), ski hiking trails (over 1800 km in Thuringia!), restaurant, cross-country ski garden, hiking trails with connection to the Rennsteig/Oberhof. at the ski and hiking area "Knüllfeld", not far from the over 880 m high peaks of Ruppberg and Hermannsberg. Other ski lifts (there are more than 20 in the Thuringian Forest!) and hiking areas with car parks are easy to reach by car.
