This home is the town of Preußisch Oldendorf – a town with a history, nestled into the green idyll of the Wihengebirge, situated between the old bishops’ town s of Osnabrück and Minden in the north of Westphalia. It is in a convenient, but quiet location in a residential area. This three-room superior apartment completely renovated and newly furnished in 2014 in a two-family house is suitable for up to four people. It has a spacious living room with tiled flooring and a generous sitting area with a modern media cupboard with satellite TV and a stereo system, as well as a well-equipped kitchen and a dining space. There is a new built-in kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and microwave, a fridge with a four-star freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic hob and a separate oven, a dining counter for four people, a highchair, a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Tea towels are included in the price. There are two carpeted bedrooms with a spacious wardrobe and clothes rail, and a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm), bedside tables with lamps and a sofa bed (180 x 200cm) and a table with a lamp. Bed linen is included in the rental price. There is a bathroom with a corner bath a shower (100 x 100cm) with an overhead showerhead and an additional shower attachment, a WC, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror, a hairdryer, hand and shower towels (one per person) included in the price. There are also a separate guest WC, a storage room with a washing machine and dryer etc.
There are two car parking spaces right in front of the house entrance.

The town centre of Lübbecke is within fifteen minutes by car, as well as by public transport.
