The house was painted on the outside in 2014, the veranda renovated in 2015. In the same year new furniture and a flat screen were purchased and a new stove with ceramic hob. In 2016, some rooms were renovated and painted, and the shower in the basement completely renewed and tiled.

You can shop 300 metres away and the train station is 6km away. Public transport is just 300 metres away. You can get to the swimming lake in five minutes by car. All tourist attractions and the Baltic Sea, as well as Öland, are within easy access.
