The living room has a comfortable sofa suite and an LCD with satellite channels (Astra and Hotbird). The kitchen includes a stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower and a WC. The highlight of the house is no doubt the indoor swimming pool of around 30m², which is heated by solar panels (from May to October). Free wireless Internet access is available. The flooring (tiles and laminate) is suitable for allergy sufferers. The house has central heating.

It is a non-smoking apartment, but you can smoke in the party room. Hiking, cycling, an active holiday, cultural events or simply relaxing – everything is possible here. The north of Germany, between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven in the Elbe-Weser triangle, with its extensive coastal, moor and lakes landscape, will delight you. The neighbouring town of Bad Bederkesa (ca. 5km away) also has thermal baths.
