Owner lives on the property.The house is in a quiet location on a hill above the village about 15 minutes' walk from the town centre and the beaches.
From the terrace of the house you can enjoy a wonderful all-round view of the sea with its small islands, the village and the surrounding area. 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath/shower and WC, 1 guest WC and a large central lounge with fitted kitchen including fridge, electric gas cooker, sink and microwave. From this lounge, a balcony door leads onto our approx. 50 square metre balcony. further facilities include:The flat is fully equipped with 120 square metres. German/Croatian/English TV programmes, WLAN, air conditioning.
LOCATION: The area around Sv. Filip i Jakov with its idyllic landscape invites you to a wide variety of activities. Recreation seekers, hikers or sports enthusiasts, there is something for everyone in and around Sv. Filip i Jakov. Sv. Filip i Jakov lies in the centre of beautiful sights such as Krka Nature Park/waterfalls and lakes (40 minutes away) in the hinterland of the old town of Šibenik, Vransko Jezero excursion destination (a paradise for hobby fishermen), Kornati National Park (Silver Lake), For hikers it is not far to the National Park Starigrad-Paklenica and via the motorway to the Plitvice Lakes, rafting and canoeing Zrmanja/Obrovac, the beautiful old town of Zadar is 30 km away and the nearest town is Biograd na Moru 3 km away.
