Great midtown gated location which is easy to get to everything within a few miles or less than a mil walk to the light rail and get around easily. Dog park and Indian Steele Park just across the street has grass hills and ponds great to walk or hang out and watch the ducks.

Less than a mile away from the light rail and can walk around the VA it through the park, if it’s during hours when it’s open Waymo, Uber and Lyft are really available be sure to identify the gate on Devonshire otherwise Some arrive on Montecito Ave and can’t enter through there.
