Renovated Mid-Century Modern building & refurbished condo, sexy as all get out, walking/biking/2 minute Uber from Restaurant Row. Improvements reflect our commitment to Earth friendlier living: foam insulated walls, new A/C, natural gas, bare concrete floors, desert plants, artificial grass, LED lighting, sky lights, smart thermostats, modern appliances & more. So far we have cut our water use by 600,000 gallons per year & electric use by 40%! We hope before long to add solar panels too!
New hotel quality Beautyrest mattresses (guests rave about them), all new pillows and linens.

We really do try to be earth friendlier but it is a work in progress. As of October 2021 in addition to the improvements listed above, we use 100% recycled kitchen trash bags, earth friendlier hand soaps & laundry detergents & earth friendlier cleaning products where we can. Because of the risks associated with Covid we still use some of the older school disinfectants but we hope that can change soon. In addition to Charmin, starting November 2021, we will offer one roll of toilet paper made from bamboo. Trees die when they are cut down, bamboo doesn't AND bamboo can be re-harvested every three months, requires little water and absorbs 5x as much CO2 as trees! It's definitely earth friendlier but you'll have to decide if it's as fanny friendly as the Charmin :-) We recognize that we have a unique opportunity to introduce many guests to earth friendlier products at no cost to them while they visit us. I have to spend hundreds of dollars to buy and then test products. You simply stay with us and get to try what we like during your stay. I really hope that you like what we offer but in case you don't, let me know and I'll get you more traditional products. We are guest friendly first and foremost!!!

Televisions in the living room and in the main bedroom. We do NOT have cable or satellite, just streaming channels like NetFlix, FUBO (sports & news) & Disney+. You're welcome to add your own channels. We DO have super high speed internet with average download speeds exceeding 700mbps.

Walk, bike or two minute ride share to many wonderful restaurants and bars. Hiking Trails, canal and other bike routes nearby. Easy access to downtown, sporting venues, great shopping and more.
