This listing is for the entire house, including the attached one bedroom apartment, which can be rented separately if you don't need this much space.
Guests are free to use the entire house, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the basement.
We would like guests to let us know who is coming to stay (including pets and children), when they plan to arrive, the purpose of their visit , and when they check out. This helps us anticipate what you might need during your stay to give you the best experience we can.
I try to be available as needed. I live nearby so I can usually be at the house if needed. I will respect your privacy and stay away as much as possible. If I /or professionals who help with upkeep on the house need to come to the house for any reason I will let you know ahead of time.
