Located on the Kapitäns-Halbinsel of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, in Kapitänsstraße 50, this 3-room holiday flat MEERwert offers by far the most beautiful view of the marina and the best location of all the star houses here, a starting point for a relaxing holiday on 77m² on the ground floor.
The flat is very family- and child-friendly and in the immediate vicinity of the Weidefeld sandy beach. The harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz invites you to take a stroll with a growing range of offers, while the sailing and sports boat harbour provides a harbour cinema.
The entrance area leads past a beautiful bathroom, which makes wellness hearts beat faster, because it has a floor-level shower, a sauna (infrared cabin) with colour light therapy integrated hi-fi sound system with USB interface, here you can relax and dream to your own favourite music after a walk on the beach.
On the other side are two well-designed bedrooms with space for a maximum of four adults and a marvellous view of the water. The master bedroom has a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00) with an additional Smart TV, while a high-quality bunk bed (also for adults 0.90 x 2.00) awaits you in the second bedroom.
However, the focus is on the perfectly realised, light-flooded living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and floor-to-ceiling windows that connect the living area with nature. Modern, high-quality furniture lends charm and cosiness to the heart of the flat.
The wood-burning stove with its crackling fire and the underfloor heating transform even cold Nordic days into cosy hours of snuggling in this cosy ambience. Wi-Fi via fibre optic connection and Smart TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme also provide indoor entertainment.
The open-plan kitchen with high-quality equipment leaves nothing to be desired, lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail, there is even children's crockery, and holiday meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. From here, the view falls through the floor-to-ceiling windows onto the adjoining terrace, which faces the Baltic Sea and promises fantastic hours of sunshine with its south-facing orientation, breakfast in the morning sun, a barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner - unforgettable holiday moments are guaranteed here. The second bedroom is also equipped with a night light. There is also a safety rail for the bunk bed. Socket protectors, high chair, cot and even a step stool can be found in the extensive equipment. Two covered sun terraces facing south and west with direct access to the garden and the loving attention to detail in the furnishings promise enjoyment from sunrise to sunset, while the green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger. The harbour view with fantastic sunsets offers real SEA value.
There is a private car park and a lockable bicycle shed in front of the house.

This flat is also perfect for a large family or two couples/small families who want to holiday together but live separately, in combination with the Captain James Cook apartment on the first floor: Located in the same house, just on two different floors, these two flats in a double pack together offer space for up to 9 people, but also the necessary distance!
