Escape the ordinary and discover the A-Frame at McArthur Ridge Cabins, where nature's beauty meets mid-century modern design. Unwind in this secluded cabin, which is nestled among pine trees at the top of a ridge on 26 acres.

Step inside and gaze through the wall of windows. Savor morning coffee on the inviting deck. And as night falls, gather around the fire pit to sit back and relax.

Adventure awaits just beyond your doorstep, with Hocking Hills and more just a short drive away!

Our a-frame showcases a cozy first-floor layout with a living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower), and a comfortable bedroom with a full-size bed. Upstairs, there is a loft with a queen bed. Enjoy the blend of modern comfort and timeless charm! Also, login to your own accounts for streaming services and watch your favorite movies and tv shows as much as you’d like with Starlink internet service at the cabin!

- Know Before You Go

No hiking trails on-site; Guests hike at their own risk.

Pond on property—no swimming, boating, skating, or fishing.

No hunting or fireworks.

The cabin is not baby-proofed.

The total number of occupants on the property may not exceed 4 at any time.

Booking for someone else? Just share the name and contact info of at least one guest (age 18 or older) who will be staying, so we can ensure a smooth and personalized experience.

No underage alcohol consumption.

- Pet Policy

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. For insurance reasons, we cannot accommodate the following breeds (or mixes of these): Akita, Chow, Pit Bull or Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, or Wolf Hybrid.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

In consideration of your use of the property, you expressly agree and contract, that The Garrett and Veronica M. Cravener Joint Trust, Garrett M. Cravener, and Veronica M. Cravener (collectively, “Released Parties”), shall be released and shall not be liable for any damages, claim, liability or demand of any kind resulting from any injury, illness, medical condition or complication, or damage or loss (including death) of any kind to any guests or to their property or any property in their possession, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties, the acts or omissions of other persons or other third parties, or otherwise, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

As a condition of enjoying the privilege of staying at our property, the guests accept and voluntarily assume all risks and hazards which may cause injury, illness, or medical condition or complication, damage or loss to any of the guests or to the guests’ property, while the guests or their property is in, on or traveling to or from the property.

Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold Released Parties harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the Released Parties as a result of any claims or suits that I (or anyone claiming by, under or through me) may bring against any of the Released Parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from my use and enjoyment of the property.

Additionally, the booking party acknowledges and agrees that they are fully responsible and liable for any acts, damages, or losses caused to the property by themselves or any members of their party, including but not limited to guests, visitors, or any other individuals they permit on the premises. The booking party further agrees that they are responsible and liable for any injuries, harm, or accidents sustained by any members of their party while on the property, regardless of the cause. The booking party agrees to indemnify and hold Released Parties harmless from any claims, actions, or expenses arising from any damages, injuries, or losses caused by or to members of their party.

Additionally, the cabin is surrounded by the woods and nature. Although we implement controls for critters, we cannot guarantee that they won’t sometimes make it inside. By booking the cabin, you also agree that no refunds or adjustments will be provided due to bugs, pests, critters, etc. that may be inside the cabin during your stay.

Additionally, by staying at the cabin the booking party acknowledges that refunds are not available for issues arising from power outages, internet disruptions, or other acts of God, as well as events beyond the owner’s control. While we strive to provide a comfortable experience, these unforeseen circumstances can occur, and the booking party accepts that such situations do not warrant a refund.

By booking the property, you agree that you have carefully read, reviewed, and agree to be bound by the terms of this RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT.
