This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions; check online at Massanutten Village, the electronic sign at the entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.

DRONES
Massanutten has been deemed a No Drone fly area unless given special permission by the MPOA

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and all of its amenities throughout their stay. Enjoy the full property, including the deck and driveway, without interruption.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app to answer any questions, provide recommendations, or address any concerns you may have.

LinkD Inn sits in a fairly secluded and peaceful neighborhood. You will probably see many deer crossing through the yard or driveway during your stay.

LinkD Inn has the capacity to off-street park a minimum of 4 vehicles on the property. Also, if you bring bikes, you'll find a great areas to explore and or get one heck of a workout if you choose to pedal the mountain.

Community Living: This home is part of a private community. We sincerely appreciate your help in being a great neighbor by respecting the community rules during your stay.

Trash Disposal: To prevent encounters with local wildlife (like bears), trash cannot be left outside on decks or porches. Guests are required to take all trash bags to the community dumpsters located one mile away at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840.

Woodland Critters: Our home is in a beautiful, wooded resort, which means it's also home to wildlife and insects. While the property is professionally and regularly treated, you may occasionally see a bug that has found its way inside. We do our best to keep the home pest-free for your comfort.
