All rooms as well as the living and dining area are air-conditioned. In the basement there is a bedroom, a kitchenette, a dining area and a bathroom. The basement can be reached via a staircase, but also has a separate entrance. It was renovated in 2014.

This is an ideal starting point for long hikes, mountaineering in the Mosor Mountains and mountain biking. The distance to the pebble or sandy beach is only ten kilometres. Popular and favourite excursion destinations are nearby, such as the observatory, boat tours and rafting on the river Cetina near Omis, about ten km away.

The landlord lives on the property (granny flat) and speaks fluent German. As a welcome drink, the landlord would like to offer you a taste of his home-made wine and schnapps.
