Mariana is a beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home in east Port St. Lucie — our closest property to Jensen Beach Park and well rated over several years of hosting.

The private heated pool is fully screened with a large lanai, outdoor dining, and sun loungers. The fully fenced garden gives pets and children room to roam safely. A unique feature of this home is the pass-through window from the kitchen directly to the pool and patio area — perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. The patio faces east, so mornings here are special: watch the sunrise over the pool and on cooler winter mornings, when conditions are right, water vapour rises off the heated pool with the sun streaming through.

Inside, the open-plan living area features comfortable leather seating, a Samsung Smart TV, dining for 6, and a well equipped kitchen. A Hulu Live subscription is included for access to live sports, news, and streaming.
