This home was exclusively designed for vacation rentals, so friends or families, can have their own space, and bathroom, yet gather for meals, and time together, inside or outside.

The open floor plan home, is located is on 3.8 private, open acres, with 180 degree, mountain and valley views! Our home is clutter free, with empty closets, & drawers. We have a whole house generator, so we never lose power! Home also has a Airdoctor air cleaner so the inside air is germ and dust free!

We provide all linens, towels, starter TP, paper towels, as well as soap and shampoo, just like a hotel.Yet this home, has everything you need, to cook a fabulous meal and make it your home away! The home, is only 2 miles, walking , biking, or running distance to shopping, fine dinning, recreation and fun!

Master Bedroom

1 king bed

The Master bedroom is located on the main level, has in-suite, accessible bathroom, with a zero threshold tile shower and accessible height toilet and sink. It also has direct access to the rear deck!

Upper level Bedroom

2 queen beds

The upper level bedroom, contains 2 Queen beds, cathedral ceiling , large walk in closet, plus in-suite full bathroom with Tub /shower unit !

Lower level bedroom

1 king bed

This lower level bedroom has King Bed with a walk in closet.& in-suite full bathroom! There is also family room with a sleeper sofa and fooseball table

I moved to Vermont from the Island of Long in 1974, I started my primary business www.asafeplace.com in 1986. I met and married the love of my life, I designed and built our primary home here in Manchester in 1995. Then in 2012 I designed and built our first Vacation rental home Manchester Sanctuary, then in 2015 I designed and built Manchester Sanctuary II . We now have two adult children and two wonderful grand children. Come to Vermont ad enjoy all Manchester has to offer, from fresh air, to mountain views !

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

After receiving the rental amount I will email you detailed directions to the home, information on the area, as well as an access code which will be the last 4 numbers of your cell phone #. You arrive enter those 4 numbers and you have arrive at your vermontvacation-rentals.com home here in Vermont.

No Smoking inside the home.
toilet paper only in the toilet, no feminine products or wipes of any kind

Payment Policy

We offer discounted rates for 2 - 4 or more month rentals! Please contact me directly to discuss rental rates for one month or longer. Rates shown are sometimes not accurate. We prefer payment, by personal or business check. I will email you a lease agreement, for you to sign and return, with your $500 security deposit, Then rental amount is due, by check, 30 days before arrival, as this saves you and me credit card fees. Please mail the check to AJT Enterprises Inc. P. O. Box 343 Manchester Center, VT 05255 . You also are to bring the cleaning fee, and leave a check payable to my housekeeper, on the counter. Refundable Damage Deposit

We are now a one month minimum rental property. Once you decide to book we will prepare a lease to email to you for review. You then print out two copies, sign and return both copies along with the security deposit $500 check payable to AJT Enterprises Inc. We will refund the security deposit with in 2 week of your departure. Rental amount shall be due 15 days prior to arrival. There is a $250 to $350 cleaning fee depending on number of guests and if there is a dog.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if canceled outside of 30 days arrival. 40% within 2 weeks.
