Your stay in our condo includes the following:

- A set of reserved, front row beach chairs, with an umbrella
- 2 reserved parking spaces in the parking garage (after you pay the garage to register your vehicles)
- 2 king beds, 1 queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa
- 2 full bathrooms, plus a bonus dual shower in the master (making it easy to shower 3 at a time)
- Free WIFI and USB charging ports in every room along with 3 desks
- Wagon (for groceries and beach), beach toys and additional beach chairs
- Pack-n-play (BYO linens) and strap on booster/high chair, kid plates and cups
- Amenities Galore! - 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, theater, game room, Starbucks, market, bar and grill, pickleball/tennis courts
- Fully stocked kitchen with quartz counters, large refrigerator with 2 ice makers (1 craft ice), additional small beverage refrigerator
- Smart TVs in every room (70" in living room, 60" in master)
- Washer and dryer

Pack your bags for your family's exciting beach vacation. We are on the 22nd floor, which makes it really nice and quiet to watch the beach and wildlife.

Majestic Beach Resort requires a minimum age of 25 to stay. We also have a limit of 8 guests, with no more than 6 adults. Please take a picture or scan a copy of your state identification card (ID), attach and reply to reservation confirmation email. This person must stay in the unit for the entire duration of the stay. Failure to occupy or stay for the duration may cause Majestic security to evict you and your party (without refund). Majestic Resort forbids guest pets and the security team evicts guests who bring pets. Our family and other guests have allergies, therefore we can't accommodate any animals. Please do not ruin your vacation by bringing an animal.

Parking passes are purchased separately thru Majestic's parking portal, with up to 2 passes available. Additional vehicles must park in public parking one block away.

After booking, please provide mobile number and email. Our booking system will send our rental agreement, a request your ID and security deposit via a credit card hold. Door codes are emailed 3 days prior to your arrival. Door codes are not released until a signed rental agreement, matching ID and security deposit are received.
