5) The structure does not have air conditioning, simply because it is not needed: all rooms are cool even on the hottest summer days, as the building has very thick walls, is located 450 meters above sea level, and there is always a light breeze in this area.

Additionally, numerous trails start from the villa for various walks; you can reach the abandoned village of Castelvecchio, the waterfall of Pignano, an important winery that produces high-quality wines, the village of Pignano with its ancient church and beautiful farmhouses, and you can walk through woods, fields, and ponds on well-maintained and marked trails.
