You will have use of the entire home.
The garage may be accessed for luggage storage before or after your stay.
Off street parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway, perhaps 3 cars if they are small. The street in front of the home is also available and it is free to park there.

Other things to note
We have a ring doorbell that videos all comings and goings. I rarely look at it and only if needed.

Please notice the lower level bedroom has a window AC unit. It will make typical ambient noise. The lower living room does not have AC but is easily cooled with a provided fan in conjunction with the window unit. Upper floors all have central air.

Important safety information: This is a multi-level property with multiple stairways, a third-floor rooftop deck and hot tub. Please review the Safety, Guest Access & Assumption of Risk provisions in our House Rules before booking. Upon booking you agree with all provisions.
