Guest access
The entire first two levels are all yours as well as full access to the driveway. You will be given a smart lock pin before check in to access the front door. You have full access to the backyard, porch/deck, and the outdoor siting space. We want you to feel welcome and comfortable!
*no access to garage, 4 car maximum for driveway. No overnight parking on street.

Other things to note
We do provide coffee, tea and water. Climbing the stairs is necessary. Baby gate is available on 2nd floor primary closet.

Pest Control Maintenance - every 3 months (March, June, September, December)

Lawn Service - Friday Morning between 8 am - 12 pm
