Our unit is one of eight with no neighbors above or below. There are beautiful views of the Cascade Mountains from the primary bedroom. The common area offers a lovely outdoor area with a hot tub, BBQ, tables, and lounge chairs.

Free parking so you can leave the car parked and walk to all Leavenworth has to offer. Our building is directly behind Alpine Village with paths to the playground, mini golf, basketball court, Alpine Spa, Wine tasting, across the street from the Alpine coaster and close to Enchantment Park where you can take a scenic stroll along the Wenatchee River or book a river float! You are about 10 minutes walking from the center of downtown Leavenworth. After a day of adventuring, you can relax in comfort at the Luxe Bavarian Retreat.

Located in Leavenworth, right across from the Leavenworth Adventure Park, behind Alpine Village resort and walking distance to many cafes, bars, restaurants and shops in town. Approximately 10 minutes walking to the center of the bavarian village.

Assigned covered parking space so you can leave your car parked and walk if you are staying in town: 3min walk to Leavenworth Adventure Park, 10min walk to Argonaut Coffee & Biscuits, 13min walk to Rudloof's Pizza Und Brats. Otherwise, you are an easy drive to all the attractions in and around Leavenworth such as Reindeer Farm (7min), Leavenworth Ski Hill (6min), wineries, hiking, Wenatchee River and more.

Linens for twin beds are 100% organic cotton; comforters are 100% cotton. Both beds can be set-up in the living room downstairs or one can be used in the second bedroom upstairs.

We have a full coffee bar and provide local Leavenworth coffee, organic Keurig cups, tea, flavored syrups, sugar, cream and basic pantry items. Also, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and towels for bathroom and hot tub are provided.

Parking is in the carport, to the right, behind the building, designated spot #3.

If additional parking is needed, during the summer there is plenty of street parking. During winter months, guests can park on the street in winter regardless of the sign if we are not expecting snow. If there is snow, plow trucks need to get through and so street parking is not possible in which case you may park at the Blue Elk (paid) or Leavenworth Adventure Park (overflow).
