Our home is located in a mature, close-knit neighborhood. To preserve our community's peace and protect our home, we strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding unauthorized gatherings and indoor smoking.

🚫 Zero-Tolerance Party & Event Policy
🚨 Airbnb Violation & Immediate Removal: Hosting any unauthorized party, event, or gathering is a direct violation of Airbnb policy. Any violation will result in immediate reporting to Airbnb, instant eviction from the property without a refund, and cancellation of your reservation.

💸 Extra Fees & Damage Liability: Guests hosting unauthorized events will be charged a substantial additional cleaning fee to cover extra sanitization and will be held fully liable for any property damages.

👥 Occupancy Limit: Only guests explicitly listed on the official reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Unregistered visitors will be asked to leave immediately.

🏘️ Community Respect: Neighbors actively monitor the area and will notify us immediately of any unauthorized events or disturbances.

🚭 Strict 100% Smoke-Free Interior Policy
🚫 Prohibited Devices: Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden inside the home. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices.

🌿 Permitted Outdoor Areas: Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

🗑️ Proper Disposal: All smoking materials must be fully extinguished and disposed of in designated outdoor receptacles. Do not throw butts on the ground or in indoor trash cans.

🧹 Deep-Cleaning Fee: If the scent of smoke or evidence of indoor smoking is detected upon checkout, a $250 professional deep-cleaning fee will automatically be charged.
