On the ground floor, bedroom (6 m²) with double bed. In the living room/kitchen, 140 cm wide sofa bed.
On the upper floor, two separate bedrooms (á 7 m²): two separate beds in both. One single bed in the lobby.

Ground floor (82 m²) has been renovated in 2023, small improvements have been made to the upper floor (upper floor have been built in 1994).

The hydro massage bath outdoors is available all year round without a separate extra charge; However, for using it contrary to the instructions, the owner has to collect an additional fee against the incurred expenses. Electric car charging, model: ToGo, power current charger with 11 kW (3x16A) type 2 connector and 10 meter cable. The charging power and timing are adjustable. Downloading is included in the price.
