Lubagnu - Einheit F
type of building: Multiple-family dwelling.The apartment is part of our holiday home, despite being in a different structure from the main complex. We are in a quiet area a few steps from the beach (only 200 meters), and convenient for getting around without using the car.
Three-room apartment with independent entrance, located on the ground floor. It is accessed via a few external steps. It consists of: kitchen, living room, bedroom with 1 double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Possibility of cot for baby (up to 4 years).We rent it with many amenities such as satellite TV, iron and ironing board, clothesline, microwave, washing machine, toaster, etc. A beach umbrella is also available free of charge. For maximum comfort and hygiene, the beds all have slatted base, pillow covers and hygienic mattress covers. We provide all household linen (bathroom, kitchen and bed linen) free of charge.
We have a small private garden and a veranda furnished with wooden garden furniture (for outdoor dining).
The house is also suitable for elderly people or people with walking difficulties (there are no stairs), but it is not accessible for wheelchairs and the bathroom is also not suitable for the disabled. For hygienic reasons we do not welcome dogs in the structure. Possibility of mountain bike rental in the main building, including accessories and a handy map of recommended routes. We live nearby, so we are always available for advice or emergencies!
Both the beaches and the main services (from bars to shops to supermarkets) are in the center of the hamlet of Lu Bagnu, and are about 200 meters from our holiday home. The sandy beach is also suitable for children and is about 200 meters away. It is free, easily accessible with steps and with parking. We are 100 meters from the nearest urban bus stop. The car is not necessary, but it is still recommended for greater convenience when traveling.
