In LVL, guests simply enjoy the luxury of home-style living while away from home.

Outdoor Amenities
Leisurely unwind in our landscaped garden, or take a stroll in the green areas outside the property and around the estate. Also, a tram passes in front of the house every 10mins and generates only about 50-65 decibels (compared to a car engine of 75-90 decibels). Free private parking is available on-site.

There are local amenities nearby such as fuel stations, cafés, restaurants, and shopping facilities. Several parks and green spaces provide opportunities for walking, cycling, and outdoor recreation.

Situated within easy reach of Dublin's key destinations, the property is approximately 5.2km from The Square Tallaght. Dublin Airport is around 25 km away. Popular attractions such as The Spire in Dublin city centre, Dublin Zoo, Guinness house and Phoenix Park can be reached in about 13 km, making the location a convenient base for exploring the city and the surrounding area.
LVL sits between two luas stops - Cheeverstown stop and Citywest campus stop- each only a walking distance. Bus stands are just by the estate entrance and taxi call out, in 1-5mins.
