Other things to note
- PARKING: As with most areas of NYC, parking can be a challenge, here is no different. There is typically free street parking available within a 1-2 block radius of the place where you'll need to search for a spot to parallel park. Street cleaning on our block specifically is 1x weekly, please check all signs at your own discretion to ensure you are not ticketed or towed

- QUIET HOURS: this is a family oriented residential neighborhood where a 10PM - 7AM quiet hour ordinance should be acknowledged (as stated, there are absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS allowed)

- STAIRS: This is a duplex, you will need to walk up/down stairs to reach both floors within the apartment
