Lockrum Point Villa: Oceanside-4bdrm/4bath w/ Pool

Welcome to our retreat, Lockrum Point. This amazing two-level Seaside villa sets the stage for luxurious relaxing and entertaining. Enjoy incredible views of the sea and St. Martin, a private pool, and a gazebo perched on the sea. Each of our bedrooms have ensuite baths, hair dryer, spa bath robes and slippers, Caribbean Sea views and air conditioning.

The space
Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The great room has 25-foot ceilings with two ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The kitchen has quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The outdoor space is just fantastic and gives you the ideal place for entertaining. A private pool (20 X 15) gives you and your family/guests the perfect spot to lounge during the day. The outdoor dining table seats 8, and there are a few outdoor areas with additional seating on the front and back side of the house. Also, our signature feature is a gazebo at the point of Lockrum Bay. It is perched on the coral rock over the sea, and is a great spot where you can sip cocktails or tea with friends, watch the sunrise or snooze during the day in a hammock.

At Lockrum Point Villa, our concierge team will ensure you enjoy your stay. They can help with scheduling travel from St. Martin, taxi at the ferry or airport, and greet you at the villa. The team can also help with any of your travel needs such as: rental car reservation, private chef, restaurant reservations, excursions etc.
