Lion's View has a private pool and garden with outside dining, BBQ loungers & battery back-up during power failures.

A short stroll to the beach & the restaurants, bars & coffee shops. There are different work stations in the house and the fiber speed can be increased at an additional cost if required.

Lions View Vila in Camps Bay consists of:

Size:

390 sq. M (4300 sq. feet).

Guests:

Up to 10 Guests incl children

Bedrooms:

5 Bedrooms: 2 King Size beds, 3 Queen Size Beds.

Bathrooms:

5 bathrooms: All en-Suite, 1 with Spa bath & shower, 3 with showers and 1 with bath and shower.

Kitchen:

Open Plan Fully Equipped: Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Air-fryer, Nespresso Coffee machine and small appliances.

Living:

Spacious Lounge, Dining room and Terraces.

Outdoors:

Large patios surrounding a solar heated rim flow pool (size 7.8m x 3.5m x 1.6m deep), grassed area, Koi pond with patio, BBQ. The pool is solar heated. Therefore if it is not sunny enough or if the cold SE wind is blowing - the pool might not be able to heat up.

Electronics:

Satellite 3D TV with Netflix, 3 bedrooms with TV's. Docking Station.

Internet:

High speed fiber internet connection. UPS back-up for power cuts. The fiber speed can be increased at an additional cost if required.

Cooling & heating:

Air-conditioning & under-floor heating is provided to selected areas. Gas fireplace for those chilly winter evenings.

Views:

Views of Lion’s Head.

Garage:

Garage, remote control operated.

Security: Video Intercom access, electric fence and armed response burglar alarm.

Position:

5-minute walk (400 meters) to Camps Bay Beach - Restaurants, Coffee shops, Bars and Shops.

Power outages:

There is solar and battery back-up during power failures.

There are about 11 stairs going down to the garage.

There are a few of steps at the entrance over a koi pond.

A couple of steps down the lounge.

Kindly note that the pool is solar heated. Therefore if it is not sunny enough the pool might not be able to heat up.

The two bedroom penthouse above the villa is rented out separately with a different entrance and their entertainment area faces another direction.

There is a R300 charge for arrivals after 21:00. Cash on arrival.

A copy of each guest's passport or SA ID or passport will be required prior and on check-in.
