type of building: Multiple-family dwelling. no youth groups.In the bright and friendly non-smoking holiday flat you live very centrally, comfortably and in a quiet location. There are 2 other holiday flats in Haus Lily with different levels of comfort, size and furnishings.
The three-star holiday flat on the first floor has a living space of approx. 35 m². The accommodation is divided into a combined living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living area has a corner sofa with armchair, ottoman and coffee table, a floor lamp, a sideboard with 32-inch flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. A dining table with two chairs separates the cooking area from the living area. In the adjoining bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a clock radio and a built-in wardrobe, a valet stand and a mirror for dressing. We have free W-Lan for you. We assume no liability for failures and malfunctions.
The holiday accommodation also has a west-facing balcony for your exclusive use, with two garden chairs and a table. From here you have a view of the garden and there is no possibility to charge an electric car as the house electricity is not designed for this.
The living room and bathroom are tiled and the bedroom has laminate flooring. Parking spaces are located directly at the house. Bicycles can be parked in a lockable garage.
The beach and the centre are within easy walking distance.
