Sports centre 2 km, skisport facilities 150 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 200 m, sled run 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tignes & Val d'Isere 50 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). 24hr guard. Residence with electric gates.1-room studio 20 m2 on 1st floor. Living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave). Bath/WC. Small balcony, west facing position. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
