Spend quiet hours by the hotel's own pond. The basement holiday flat is in an idyllic and quiet location. There is a large garden, a swing and a sandpit. Klütz itself is a small, quiet village about 4 kilometres from the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea can be reached on foot, by bike, car or bus. There are numerous cycle paths and hiking trails. Bicycles can be hired in Klütz as well as in Boltenhagen.
The flat consists of a kitchen-cum-living room, a small hallway from which the two bedrooms and the bathroom lead off. The kitchen-cum-living room is entered directly through the front door. At the back is the cooking area with dining table, at the front is the sitting area with television. The following appliances are available in the kitchen: Cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. At the back of the flat are the 2 bedrooms, each for 2 people (bed size: 180 x 200). The bathroom has a shower and WC but no window. There is a private car park.
If you have any questions about excursion destinations, please ask the host family or the local tourist information centre (approx. 15 min walk). The nearest larger towns are: Lübeck, Schwerin (40km each), Wismar (20km), Hamburg (100km), Rostock (80km). All destinations can be reached quickly via the Baltic motorway (A20). You also have the possibility to do your laundry on site.
Excursion possibilities : The beach of Wohlenberg (4.5 km), mostly with very shallow water that warms up quickly and is therefore particularly child-friendly; fitness studio, mini golf (4 km each - Ostseebad Boltenhagen); horse riding (2 km, various possibilities); attractive 18-hole golf course with a view of the Baltic Sea in Hohen Wieschendorf (10 km); Baltic Sea cruises and water skiing from Wohlenberg jetty (4.5 km); Wohlenberg windsurfing school (4.5 km); Kindermotorland Wohlenberg (4.5 km); Wonnemar (adventure wellnis pool) Wismar (20 km); and much more.Local description : Klütz is a cosy village with all shopping facilities (Lidl, Penny, Spar, bakeries, butchers etc.). There are also restaurants and various places of interest. Bothmer Castle: One of the most famous sights in Klützer Winkel. This castle was built in 1726 as the seat of Count von Bothmer, modelled on the English style. This unique baroque castle complex became the landmark of the castle town of Klütz. The castle lies in a magnificent landscaped park and is surrounded by moats. Gallerie-Holländer-Windmill: The mill was built in 1904 and converted into a restaurant in 1985 with a great deal of commitment from local craftsmen and residents. St Mary's Church: The three-aisled brick church with a rectangular choir dates back to the early Gothic period in the mid-13th century. The tower with its octagonal helmet is popularly known as the "bishop's cap" and was also used as a sea mark in earlier times. Museum of local history: The Klützer Heimatstube was opened in 1998. A documentary in the entrance area familiarises visitors with the local history association and the Klützer Winkel. "Uwe Johnson" House of Literature: The "Uwe Johnson" House of Literature is located in a former granary built around 1890 near the Klütz market square. It houses a permanent exhibition about the writer Uwe Johnson, the town information centre and the town library, and is also a forum for cultural activities. The "Uwe Johnson" House of Literature presents the fascinating world of literature in a variety of ways - readings, discussions, exhibitions, workshops and much more. - the fascinating world of literature.
