The Space:
In Toulouse, in the heart of the city and close to all shops and metro, discover this unique accommodation located on the 4th floor (no elevator), offering a remarkable view of Toulouse and its monuments.

- Located between the Capitole and the quays of the Daurade, the apartment benefits from a beautiful light exposure and a parking space at the Capitole, a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

- A friendly, air-conditioned and bright living room with access to the terrace. Terrace under renovation — surface may be slippery. Please proceed with caution, especially in wet weather. The Keytoko team

- A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals.

- A pretty bedroom (not air-conditioned) with its queen size bed (160x200cm) and a view of the monuments of Toulouse.

- A bathroom with a bathtub, a large sink and some storage space. Independent WC.

Guest Access:
Your accommodation includes complimentary access to the Indigo parking lot at the Capitole, less than a 3-minute walk away.

When you arrive at the parking lot, you must quickly present the card before the license plate is read. If the parking reads your plate, your parking will not be counted on the subscription and you will have to pay for it without any possibility of reimbursement.
When you exit the parking lot, go directly to the terminal with your vehicle; the system will scan your license plate again and then you can use the parking card (be careful not to lose it or drop it, its replacement will be at your expense).
You must not pay for your parking at the terminals with your ticket, as it would not be possible to reimburse you.
Please note, the badge allows you to access the parking without any cost to you; however, there are no assigned spaces, nor a guaranteed right to park. Thus, although it is rare, if the parking is full, you may temporarily not have access, and this cannot be a reason for reimbursement, as this phenomenon is beyond our control. The parking is never accessible during major events: Christmas market, Music Festival, Stade Toulousain parade… in this case, you do not have access to the parking without any possibility of reimbursement.

You will have access to the entire accommodation during your stay.

To help you start your stay well, we will provide the essentials for your first night (soap, toilet paper, dish soap...).

Interaction with Guests:
We are available for our Travelers every day from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (we are not reachable between 7 p.m. and 10 a.m., as we also like to rest a bit).
We always do our best to satisfy you, and if sometimes (rarely!), we do not meet your expectations, we will be happy to listen to you and learn :)

To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete an online check-in (via a platform of our choice): only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a Police Form and a written Contract) and the security deposit fingerprint by credit card exclusively (amount confirmed in conditions and under the payment tab). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)

Other Things to Note:
To best prepare for your stay, you will be asked to complete your Boarding Pass with our external solution ENSO Connect; only essential information is collected in full compliance with GDPR rules and the platform. We will ask for your identification documents, the signature of the rental contract (this is due to the legal obligation in France to have a written Contract) and the fingerprint of €500 security deposit (you may also choose alternatively a waiver of damages, a flat fee paid that exempts you from liability up to an amount equal to the security deposit. This waiver of damages is non-refundable, unlike the security deposit). This step is necessary; otherwise, you will not have access to the essential instructions for your stay. Thank you :)
