Sète city center -EXCEPTIONAL VIEW- high-end T2 apartment of 50m2 + 16m2 of TERRACE, elevator, private PARKING and bike storage.

The entire apartment is air-conditioned. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen offer a unique view of the sea AND the canal.

The convertible sofa is very easy to use, the mattress (120x180) is very comfortable and 17cm thick.

Ideally located 150m from the Royal frame, 300m from the pedestrian streets and the central market, our apartment is on the 5th and top floor, benefiting from a unique view.

Extremely bright, it has just been renovated and fully redecorated.

We remind you that check-in is self-service from 4 PM.

You must go to the concierge before heading to your accommodation address.

If you arrive before 6 PM, we will be pleased to meet you; otherwise, you can collect your keys independently (24/7).
