There is a good restaurant and grocery in the hamlet of Malocchio, only 1 km from Le Case di Carla.Both holiday homes are part of a big property (about 2 hectares) – each house disposes of its own private garden and veranda, equipped with a table, chairs and traditional brick barbeque. The whole property is completely fenced (wire mesh about 1.50m high). The beautiful swimming pool lies 50m from the house Mela and about 90m from the house Zizzola. The swimming pool is the exclusive use of the guests and is equipped with sun-umbrellas, deckchairs, tables, chairs and two changing lockers.Ideal choice for families with children and for guests travelling with pets (property completely fenced – dogs are welcome and for free)Parking within the grounds, close to the two properties. Guests may pick some fruits and vegetables in the garden; the owners sell olive oil, vin santo, grappa and limoncello – all produced on the spot. There is a big stone cottage within the grounds (about 30m from the house Mela away) – the owners live from time to time in this house. The last 500m leading to the property are not asphalted, not convenient for sporty cars.<B>Excursions on foot or by mountain bike or just relax!</B>This area offers wonderful possibilities for excursions enjoy the magnificent surroundings, the nature or just relax in the lovely flour full well-cared garden.
