Welcome to "The Last Mango " — A CHARMING and COMFORTABLE beach retreat inspired by the laid-back, tropical vibes of Jimmy Buffett’s island escapades. This newly updated vacation beach home is designed to transport you to paradise with its vibrant colors, island-inspired décor, and an ambiance that will have you singing along to your favorite Buffett tunes.

Interior Features:
Step inside to discover a bright, open-concept living and dining area perfect for memorable family gatherings. The space is tastefully adorned with coastal-inspired accents and offers plush seating for relaxation. Multiple flat-panel smart TVs with Netflix capability ensure family movie nights are always a hit.

The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space for meal prep and everything you’ll need to whip up island-inspired feasts. Whether it’s breakfast with the family or happy hour snacks, you’ll have all the tools to make it happen.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Suite: A serene king-sized haven with direct access to a private en-suite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combo. Wake up refreshed and ready for a day of adventure.

Bedroom 2: Features two cozy twin beds, perfect for kids or friends.

Bedroom 3: A queen-sized retreat with relaxing coastal decor and plenty of natural light.

Entertainment & Amenities:
Enjoy multiple smart TVs throughout the house with Netflix capability for your entertainment needs. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and let the kids stream their favorite shows while you relax by the pool.

Outdoor Living:
The fun continues outside! Take a dip in the private pool surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The large pool deck offers plenty of space to lounge in the sun or enjoy meals alfresco. Fire up the Blackstone gas grill (located in the laundry room) for a cookout with your favorite island fare. Please note: The other two adjacent doors to the right are not for guest use. We kindly ask that you do not attempt to open them.

Proximity to the Beach:
Beach days are a breeze when you’re only 2 blocks away from the 10th Street walkover. You’ll be on the white sandy shores in less than 10 minutes! For a tranquil sunset stroll, head to the beach access on Pine, which leads through state-protected property to the Bay’s serene waters — just one block west at the corner of 9th Street and Pine.

Optional Golf Cart Rental:
Elevate your vacation experience with our 4-seater golf cart available for an additional fee. Cruise around the neighborhood in true island style, making trips to the beach, local shops, and restaurants even more fun and convenient.

Initial Starter Supplies:
We’ve stocked "The Last Mango Bungalow" with essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable, including:

Bathrooms: An initial supply of toilet paper, hand soaps, and bathroom trash can liners.

Kitchen: One roll of paper towels, a kitchen sponge, 3-4 dish towels, kitchen trash can liners, a jar of Finish dishwasher tabs, and liquid dish soap (Palmolive or Dawn). We’ve also provided coffee filters for the standard drip coffee maker, so you’re ready for your morning brew.

Important Notes:

Please remember to clean and return the grill to its original state after use to ensure it’s ready for the next guest.

The two adjacent doors to the right of the laundry room are not for guest access. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter
