The space
As you walked in the front door of this rebuilt elegant home, you’ll see a large open floor plan with large 4K TVs and five separate rooms on a split floor plan. To the left is hallway to master bedroom that opens to the large deck and hot tub and two other spacious bedrooms that share a bath. Enjoy large walk in closets. Right off the living room is a combination extra bedroom for up to four, if needed. Split floor plan is excellent for family groups and early birds!

The modern kitchen is well stocked and ready for your stay with modern amenities! Eat in space with table makes simple dining easy!

Just past the kitchen you’ll see a bedroom with Built In workspace and barn style closet. There is a third full bath for use right next to this bedroom and off the kitchen. This bath can also serve the bedroom for four or they can use the hallway bath.

As you look right across the main living area and the custom beam you will take one small step into the formal dining for large groups then several more steps down to a massive family room perfect for watching sports or your favorite shows or playing games .We provide extra a blow up king bed for this space to share the full Beth off kitchen, 12 ppl max in home.

This large home is comfortable and relaxing in its very private and natural setting. You can see the barn on the other side of the property, while not accessible for guests except for planned events, is a lovely view! The massive back deck is accessible two doors, offers a beautiful covered pergola for HOT TUB for adults (16 yr+)! We provide loungers off the master suite as well a large fire pit area string lighting throughout the entire backyard so you can see the beauty and enjoy your park like setting!

This is a magical place or you have acreage real privacy and beautiful park like setting too create beautiful memories, reunions, weddings, retreats, corporate events, girls, or guys weekends, special experiences that the host will gladly assist in planning with added decor and great resources, as well as as an event planner.

Guest access
The entire front yard, home is accessible for guests with large backyard, up to bridge. Bridge area, barn, field accessible with paid events.The garage is not open for guests at this time as used for storage. Great private parking is right by front door walkway and side gates to backyard. The driveway offers parking for up to six vehicles. Host will happily show the parking spots and quick access right up to front door!

Other things to note
Private Home is located on about an acre on a private road just blocks from excellent dining shops arena, spas, and very easy access to the interstate. Pets considered case by case and with $500+ fee per animal. This is a serene area for peaceful enjoyment and special events when booked and paid in affinity to the home rental. We have outside cameras for safety and security, and we do permit events and parties with prior arrangements, fees. We do not permit unauthorized events, parties, loud guests, no pets or animals, no “day guests” or business use without prior written consent or any filming, no smoking on property. This is a quiet private street. Hosts and property manager are closeby if you need assistance. We can accommodate RV, boats, etc WITH PRIOR notice to clarify parking. No EV chargers on site. Charging plugging in, extra fees. We’re happy to share excellent shopping, dining, parks, boat access to River, museums, entertainment and more! Guest acknowledges being in a park like setting there will be bugs, plants, spiders potentially wildlife possibly encountered and understand these are part of Florida wildlife and natural setting. While we use regular Pest Control the large lot is accessible to other areas. Guest takes responsibility for safety while on property and takes responsibility for his/her groups actions with a signed agreement, holding owners harmless. Hot tub rules are displayed and follow Florida law.
