A cosy movie night is guaranteed thanks to the comfortable sofa, antique French fireplace and projector with screen. The country house offers a large double carport for two cars, two additional guest parking spaces and storage space for e-bikes. The beaches of Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz can be reached in just five minutes by car.
The property boasts its own natural lake with beach, beach chair, beach grass and water fountain. In addition, the badminton court, surrounded by a flowering meadow, invites you to play and relax. The main terrace, one of four, has a spacious lounge and a rustic seating area for eight people, complemented by a brick pizza oven and an additional charcoal barbecue. On cooler summer days, the 16 square metre parasol with integrated radiant heaters ensures optimum comfort.
