Clearlake is a scenic lakeside destination ideal for families seeking both adventure and relaxation. Located along Clear Lake—the largest natural lake entirely within the state—it offers over 100 miles of shoreline perfect for boating, fishing, and water sports. Nearby attractions include Anderson Marsh State Historic Park, known for its hiking trails, birdwatching, and historic ranch house, and the Borax Lake Site, an archaeological landmark showcasing 12,000 years of human history. Together, these experiences make Clearlake a memorable and enriching family getaway.

This spacious Five-bedroom, three-bathroom house offers comfort, convenience, and a touch of nautical centering. As you enter through the vibrant red door, you'll be greeted by unique features like a split staircase and playful, Captain Jack Sparrow-inspired rope details. We have a dock to go to Clear Lake, and even better, got a ramp to park the boat.

First time guests: Book 3+ nights and enjoy early FREE CHECK-IN (almost 1 extra day) and FREE late checkout (when available).

+Winter and spring: The lake is accessible from our dock and is the USA's third-best-known bass fishing spot. Enjoy spectacular lake views from the upper deck or lower patio.
+Summer: The lake’s natural conditions may result in lower water levels and muddy edges. Paddle out for more transparent and more enjoyable waters.

This home is supplied with water from a deep well managed by the HOA. This water is tested monthly and consistently free of biological contaminants.

Note: This groundwater differs from surface water, which may have reports of contamination. Rest assured, the water at our home is safe and clean.
