Good to know:
-Road and parking: About a half mile of the drive is dirt or gravel. AWD is recommended in heavy snow, and the road and driveway are plowed as needed. There’s parking for 4 vehicles and no street parking.
-Well and septic: The water is well water and safe to drink, and a Brita filter is in the fridge. Please conserve water, since the septic system is sensitive.
-Cabin quirks: This is a cabin turned year-round home, so expect a narrow spiral staircase to the lower level, baseboard heat, and window AC units instead of central air.
-Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM, with keyless entry and a new code for every stay. Look
Guests will have access to the whole house and yard, minus any locked closets for owner use. Detached garage is for owner use only.
