Step into an 1892 brick building with soaring ceilings, original brickwork, heated floors throughout, and a gas fireplace in the living room. You get all the walkability of Canal Park without the Canal Park traffic.

Sleeps 8 across three bedrooms in their own wing, so early risers and night owls don't disturb each other:
• Primary suite: king bed, steam shower, soaking tub, coffee bar, walk-in closet, 32" smart TV
• Bedroom 2: Northwoods mural wall, twin bunk beds plus a queen Murphy bed, 32" smart TV
• Bedroom 3: queen bed in deep Glensheen-inspired tones, 32" smart TV

Kitchen and dining: High-end appliances, a dining table for 8, a coffee bar with both Keurig and drip coffee, spices and cookware, and a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and pods.

Play and work: Shuffleboard, foosball, golf pong, and more games. WiFi runs at 476 Mbps. Every TV is a smart TV, so log into your own streaming accounts.

Families: A high chair, pack n play, and toys are provided.

Bikes and extras: Bikes and helmets for 2 adults are included. Motorized bikes and scooters are available to rent.

Guest access
You have the whole condo. Enter through the private alley garage, which has one small step and then single-level living. A street-level door on Lake Ave has a half flight of stairs. The building is locked and secure, and check-in is keyless with a code that's unique to your stay.

Parking
One mid-sized car fits in the heated garage, which is a real perk in a Duluth winter. Extra cars can use street parking (metered weekdays, free weekends) or the Tech Village Ramp across the street for $12/day.

Upon arrival, guests will enter the condo through the alley garage entrance. Guest will have access to the whole condo, minus any locked closets/doors for owner use. There is also a side door in the hallway that allows you to enter/exit from the Lake Ave sidewalk.

Superior + Lake has keyless locks. Host is available via the app or by call/text!

-This is a lively downtown location, so you may hear street noise, and as in most city centers there is a visible unhoused community. Every bedroom has a white noise machine, and earplugs are provided.
