CAPACITY & SLEEPING LAYOUT (Up to 10 Guests Max Total: 5 Guests Max per Cabin - no exceptions)

VIP Retreat consists of two identical side-by-side cabins (Coco Château & Lucky Lodge). Together, they offer 4 Queen beds (2 per cabin) accommodating up to 8 guests in standard bedding, plus 2 optional twin sofa sleeper setups (1 per cabin) for a maximum capacity of 10 guests total.

Each Alabama mountain cabin features:

Master bedroom: Euro-top queen bed with luxury hotel linens and blackout shades

Open loft retreat (accessed by fairly steep ladder stairs): Queen bed with magical planetarium projector for stargazing

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING SETUPS & FEES:

• 9th & 10th Guests (9–10 Guest Reservations): An additional guest fee of $50/night per extra guest applies and is automatically calculated at checkout. This covers the additional turnover labor, specialized linens, double laundry processing, and utility usage across the cabins. Standard fee covers up to 8 guests.

• 1 to 8-Guest Reservations (Optional Sofa Setup Request / 1 guest max on sofa setup): If your group has 8 or fewer guests and requests an extra sofa bed setup (e.g., to avoid using a loft or to provide separate beds), a flat $100 setup fee applies per sofa for your stay. This covers the extra turnover prep, topper installation, specialized linens, and extra laundry processing. This must be requested and approved prior to booking and will be billed separately.

Sofa Setup Descriptions & Expectations:
Twin sleeper sofa with weighted blanket provided in each cabin. Please note these are sofa-style sleepers (not pull-out mattresses), so while we've made them as comfortable as possible, they are best suited for children or young teenagers rather than adults. Important: These are portions of the couches made up as beds, so part of each couch serves as the sleeping space while the remaining portion remains available for sitting.

Important Sofa Policy - No exceptions: To protect the upholstery and maintain listing hygiene, sleeping on the couch without our host-provided protector and official setup is strictly prohibited. (Please contact host before booking if you plan to use the sofa sleeper so we can discuss whether this layout works for your group).
