Other Details to Note

Please take note of these important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

• Check-in Requirement: All guests are required to present valid identification upon check-in at reception. Please ensure each guest brings their ID, as this is mandatory.
• Provided Supplies: We provide basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body soap), dish soap, a dish sponge, and paper goods. Two towels per guest are also supplied.
• Longer Stays: For guests planning extended stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies beyond the initial provisions.
• Parking: No parking at the building. We have limited reserved space at the Paseo Caribe garage for $25 per night with free in-and-out access, subject to availability — request it before arrival. Otherwise the nearby public garages charge per entry, so you pay again every time you return.
• Pet-friendly: Your furry companion is welcome.
• Uninterrupted Service: For your peace of mind, the building is equipped with a full power generator and a water tank to ensure uninterrupted service during any potential power or water interruptions.
