This home was built in the early 1980's by prominent residents of the community, Earl and Virginia Foltz. Virginia was crowned "Ms. Shenandoah" in her teenage years. Many residents of Shenandoah have fond memories of grand lawn parties, while playing professional level croquet. Mr. Foltz was also known for his homemade wines-made with grapes grown in the back yard and enjoyed by those who would attend their lawn parties.

This home is located 10 minutes from Massanutten Resort! Only 15 minutes to the Swift Run entrance to Shenandoah National Park. Take a scenic, 25 minute ride to Luray, VA to visit the Luray Caverns and wonderful, small town restaurants.

James Madison University (JMU), located in Harrisonburg, VA is only 25 minutes away!

Looking to ski or snowboard? Massanutten Resort is a short, 15 minute drive from this property. In the summertime-visit the indoor/outdoor water park. The indoor water park is open year round!

We have multiple wineries in our surrounding area!
