The park is totally fenced off and creates a lot of privacy within the property and becomes an extremely safe area for children. The 33 square metre swimming pool and its sunbeds and deckchairs are for your exclusive use, as are the 3 large gazebos. A 16 square metre gazebo is used as a relaxation and shade area for the pool area. The main gazebo of the property is 30 square metres, located close to the entrance of the house, as well as the large masonry barbecue, equipped with a majestic travertine table where it is possible to set up to 12 places at the table; under the large gazebo you will also find a large baroque sofa at your disposal to relax while admiring the unforgettable panorama given by the sunset over the hill of Montecarlo.
