Welcome to the Kozy Retreat where you will find one of the best views in town! We are located in Shundahai which gives you quick access to Bear Lake Marina, wonderful beaches, great raspberry shakes in town, and plenty of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. You'll find Bridgerland Adventure park right next door! For winter sports, the Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is just a quick 15 minute drive away.

The Kozy Retreat is set up perfectly to accommodate multiple families or large groups. We have 2 large gathering areas with smart TVs, 6 bedrooms with king-size beds, and a large bunk room with 4 triple bunk beds (12 twins) to accommodate all the kids. We love a fully stocked kitchen with seating for 12 inside and up to 28 outside on the deck/patio. Enjoy the front lawn for your outside games and the hammock on the patio. Cook up some great meals on the BBQ grill on the deck or just sit and enjoy the gorgeous view of the lake. We are sure that you'll love your stay @ the Kozy Retreat!

We appreciate you treating our home like it was your own but in case something accidentally happens, your booking includes a damage protection policy.

Please note: in the wintertime, all-wheel or 4-wheel drive is required to make it up our driveway. You should have no issues during the summer time even pulling a trailer with a boat or ATV's.

There is plenty of parking with at least 10 spots, and even more with double parking.

Our HOA does not allow tents or RV/Camp Trailers on properties in our subdivision.

No pets, no smoking, no parties or events. We have a ring doorbell camera and the garage door opener has a camera. You have access to the entire home except a few locked closets.
