The spaces are breath taking.
The outdoor back deck overlooks the water, this is a great place to sit and read or get lost in thought watching the dancing waters.
The separate covered seating area features a charcoal grill (Bring your own charcoal), dining area with a brick fire pit (Bring your own wood - All Fires must be monitored or extinguished).
The Master Bedroom (Queen Bed), Second Bedroom (Queen Bed), Third Bedroom (Trundle - (2 Full Beds). Additional sleeping (Pullout Sofa)
Bathroom is a Vanity, Mirror, Toilet, Shower (Soap and Towels) (RV Toilet Paper Please)
Kitchen is equipped with Oven, Range Top, Microwave, Coffee Pot, a Few Pots and Pans, Dishes , Utensils, Towels, Dish soap (Sorry no Dishwasher)
The has central HVAC System which works well.
The Dock is down a few steps, 2 boat stalls, a place for 2 Jet Skis, Eclectic and lights, Fish Cleaning Station, Storage Locker, Swing, and a Ladder to access the water. (One stall comes with the house extra stalls are $10 a night) This area is shared with my other house.

Guest access
Guest have access to the entire houses living areas. Front door has an electronic Key pad and the back door is a simple door lock with dead bolt. You will be issued a special unique code that is activated at check in time and will be deactivate at check out time. WIFI is available around the entire property inside and out. Plenty of parking for cars and trailers, Extra parking is by request and extremely close.

Other things to note
Sometimes in early Spring or late Fall the lake water level is low, the dock may become too shallow depending on your boat. When this happens you are welcome to use my other dock which is only a few steps down the way. We will let you know before hand if the water level is an issue.
