All season, Beautiful 10 year old lake house with 400 ft of serene waterfront bordering Frontenac Provincial Wilderness Park. Property is situated on 2 acres lot offering abundant space and privacy. The Kingsford Lake offers a panoramic view of Frontenac Provincial Wilderness Park with miles of shoreline to explore. This is a canoeing, kayaking and fishing paradise with access to 3 large lakes.

Please note we do not provide any watercrafts and indoor wood stove is not available for guest use.

Cottage boasts 4 bedrooms, a loft, three full bathrooms, great room with 25ft ceilings, dining area, kitchen, mudroom, laundry room and a fully finished walkout basement with spacious game room.

Enjoy the balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the breathtaking scene across the lake. Relax on the oversized deck or gaze at the stars by the fire pit in the evening with a glass of wine.

The lake offers a panoramic view of Frontenac Provincial Wilderness Park with miles of shoreline to explore. This is a canoeing and kayaking paradise with access to three large lakes. This lake system is well known and is a fisherman's delight. Fish available are Brown Bullhead, White Sucker, Bluegill, Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Smallmouth & Largemouth Bass, Cisco, Black Crappie, Yellow Perch, Yellow Bullhead and Pumpkinseed. Guaranteed to catch something.

Boats, kayaks can be rented from nearby Frontenac Provincial park.

We have high speed Starlink internet and WiFi so you can stay connected while you enjoy the nature.

- Frontenac Provincial Park is just 12 KM

- 1.5 hours from Ottawa

- 2.5 hours from GTA

- Close by locations you can also explore, Town of Gananoqe, Thousand Islands, City of Kingston

Buses available for Prince Charles PS/St Patrick CS and Sydenham HS/Regiopolis Notre Dame

Storm Policy, Road, Private Driveway & Parking Conditions:

- Roads to the property can be curvy and steep.

- The road all the way to the cottage is maintained by the city.

- Our gravel driveway is also well maintained. However, the entrance to the property has a steep grade so it it advisable that based on the weather conditions, you perform a risk analysis to ensure that your vehicle will go down to the parking lot at the bottom and make it back up, otherwise park on the parking pad by the entrance (main parking spot).

- We highly recommend four-wheel drive during the snow months.

- When there is snow on the driveway, all vehicles should be parked at the parking pad on top of the driveway. Feel free to block the entrance, leaving enough space for the snow plows.

- There are tall trees on our wooded lot, specially around the parking spots, so depending on the prevalent weather conditions, use your discretion to choose the safe spot for parking.

- Please be advised that we do not refund due to road conditions and/or inclement weather.

Wildlife and Safety:

- This is country side wilderness property with Frontenac Provincial Park close by, so there is active wildlife all around. Please be mindful of that at all times during your stay and use your discretion to be safe, especially with kids or elderly.
