Looking for a place where friends and family can enjoy the nature, outdoors and each other’s company? Look no further. We welcome you to our cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse located on a quiet cul-de-sac that is a true home away from home conveniently located in the private community with an outdoor heated pool just 2 minutes away from the Camelback Ski Resort, Adventure, CamelBeach outdoor & Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark. So close you can literally see it from the windows. During summer season our community offers an outdoor pool , tennis and basketball courts and children playground that are accessible to our guests. It is a great getaway place throughout the year: spring, summer, fall or winter–there is plenty to do.
The house is suitable for families with young kids, including infants. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has a toddler bed with guards that can also be used as a crib (you just need to bring your own crib sheets and blanket). We also provide a high chair, booster seat, pack and play, toys and kids books for the little once.
The house is stocked with everything for a worry free vacation. Password code lock allows for easy check-in/check-out and each guest to have access to the property independent of each other.
The first floor has an open floor layout connecting kitchen, dining room and living room. You can relax in the living room next to the fireplace watching TV, DVDs, stream through your favorite player, or listen to your favorite tunes by playing CDs or your phone.
Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware, dishware and utensils, all you need is groceries and some magic to make any meal. Coffee lovers will find a traditional coffee machine along with the Keurig single-cup machine. Dining room is suitable for up to 7 people.
Linens and towels are provided. The house also has Washer and Dryer for your use, just bring your own toiletries and detergent (or purchase in the nearby supermarket) .
Access:
Check in is at 3pm. Check out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out might be available for an additional fee. Please inquire separately.
Password code lock allows for easy check-in/check-out and each guest to have access to the property independent of each other. Check-in and check-out instructions will be provided few days prior to your arrival. Code to the front door is provided the morning of your arrival day.
Parking:
Parking for 2 cars is conveniently located directly by the front entrance making loading and unloading a breeze. Parking needs to be head in. Additional parking is available in the overflow parking lot. Please note: Our place is located in the Community that is being patrolled day and night by the Community Security to ensure safety of the residents and guests. All cars (including temporary visitors) need to be registered with the community. The cars that are not registered with the Community are being reported, fined and towed away, therefore, we need to submit vehicle license plates of all visitors to the Community in advance.
Nearby activities:
Nearby activities include skiing/snowboarding, snowtubing, indoor and outdoor waterparks, horseback riding, paintball, fishing, hiking, mountain biking to name a few… We are conveniently located to enjoy it all. Here is some information for your consideration:
• Camelback Mountain is 2 minutes away with skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter, and Camelbeach Mountain waterpark in the summer. The 1000’ Dual Zip Lines, Mountain Coaster, Mountain Segways, and TreeTops Adventure Course are another of Camelback Mountain Adventures' heart-pounding experiences.
• Aquatopia, America’s top indoor waterpark, is 5 minutes away, and Kalahari, America’s largest indoor waterpark, is 20 minutes away.
• Nature lovers will find a Big Poconos State Park 5 minutes up the road with plenty of hiking trails and Delaware Watergap 20 minutes away with hiking, biking, kayaking and other fun activities.
• Shawnee mountain ski area and Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski area is less than a twenty minute drive away. Blue mountain ski resort is less than a 1/2 hour away.
• Crossings Premium Outlets featuring over 100 stores is 10 minutes away, Mountain Airy Casino Resort 17 minutes away, and Nascar is 20 miles away.

• 1st floor - 1 br with 1 bunk bed (lower full size bed and upper twin size bed)
• 2nd floor – 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with 1 queen bed and a crib/toddler bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 queen bed

Additional property/community details:
Our unit is located inside the beautiful Northridge at Camelback Mountain community. A few community standards you should be aware of before requesting to book are as follows:
*Security: Although it is not a gated community, there is visible 24/7 security that patrols the area for everyone’s safety.
*Parking: The license plate numbers for all vehicles are required. There is parking for two vehicles directly outside of our unit, and additional parking is available in the overflow lot (.5 miles away). Additionally, the full legal name of all adult overnight guests must be registered in advance as required by our homeowner's association.
*Outdoor Pool: Names of all guests must be given in advance to be added to the welcome list. Outdoor pool available during summer month only.
*Fireworks: No Fireworks of any type may be used or set off within our community at any time!
*Trash: Garbage must be disposed of in our community trash compactor. There is no curbside trash collection. Garbage can never be left outside the unit at any time and may attract bears.
*Please note that this unit shares a wall with one other unit. We appreciate your respect of our neighbors’ right to a quiet community. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially within quiet hours in the community between 10pm - 8am.
*Citations and additional cleaning fee: Security officers are on patrol 24/7 and violators of these rules may receive a ticket and fine. The booking guest assumes the responsibility for any and all citations issued during their stay, including any damage or additional cleaning fee beyond any security deposit.
