Kenton Loft- Hottub, walk to transit&restaurants - Portland

House with 650 sq ft and patio to yourself. The loft, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful tile and woodwork throughout, is settled behind the main house, and includes a comfortable king bed, modern decor, fold down couch, well functioning kitchen, and access to hot tub. Kenton has great food, retail shops, and bars two blocks away, and guests are a short MAX train ride to Downtown. LGBTQ+ and rec. marijuana friendly. This home is not suitable for any guests under 18. Please read pet policy.

The space
This is a newer space, and we designed and built it to satisfy AirBNB travelers like ourselves, and, we hope, you! Here you will find privacy and space to relax while you enjoy our incredible city.

The light and lighting in our place is fantastic and we are fortunate to have mature silver maple, walnut, camilla, and rhododendron on our property. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities we like at home (good glass and plateware, sharp cutlery, nice cookware and cooking staples, and a fridge with ice maker).

The King size bed is super comfy. The couch folds down to accommodate a 3rd guest. Our beautifully tiled bathroom has a shower, natural toiletries, hair dryer, and towels. We have high speed internet, TV with HDMI cable, washer/dryer, and a well maintained two person hot tub. We only use natural cleaners and essential oils as Lindsey is chemically sensitive.

We've also added a ROKU. You can access the Xfinity App to access cable. You can login to your personal Netflix account to watch your favorite shows as well. A DVD player with some DVD's is also included.

We think you'll see that we have thought of everything, and that's because we travel too and notice the small things. We call this house the Loft because the front third of the house is open 25ft to the roof line so you can look down to the door and seating area on the first floor, but loft really describes the feel of this house--wide open spaces, beautiful views of sky and trees from a cushy bed, and a living area that is spacious, uncluttered and comfortable.

Guest access
Guests will have access to entire Loft home. Hot tub (2 person) is located behind main house, 20ft from Loft, and shared with the occupants of the main home. Please shower off before use and limit soak to 30 minutes.
Guests do not have access to our sauna. Please do not use.

Other things to note
All guests must be 18 or over.
Requirements for bringing a dog to the Loft:
1) We will allow 1 dog (no other types of animals)
2) Dogs cannot be left alone in the ADU, unless crated.
3) We ask that you put the blankets we provided on furniture and clean your dog off from being outside with the towels we provide.
4) Fee is $25
5) We will charge extra if cleaning up hair or dirt from dogs is excessive.
