type of building: Multiple-family dwelling. no group bookings. no youth groups.Our holiday flat is located in the centre of Büsum. Here you live very centrally, cosily and comfortably. The beach, pedestrian zone, harbour, shopping facilities and town centre are all within easy walking distance. In the house Karin are: 2 holiday flats and two permanent flats. Our non-smoking 3-room 58 m² holiday flat on the first floor has been lovingly furnished in a contemporary, bright, allergy-friendly style and with every comfort. Floors are tiled or covered with laminate. Our holiday flat has a west-facing balcony.
The non-smoking holiday flat Haus Karin 02 is located on the 1st floor holiday flat and is about 58 m² in size it has the following rooms: A living room with kitchenette and a corner couch, coffee table, stool, 1x recliner, 1x stool floor lamp, 42 inch flat screen TV, sideboard and weather station radio CD player floor covered with tiles, hoover. A fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, Senseo, microwave, crockery, saucepans, coffee machine, fridge with 3*** freezer compartment, blender, table with 4x chairs, tiled floor. Next to it is a bedroom with 2 single beds 2.00x0.90m wide comfort slatted rose, 2x bedside tables with cloth lamps, wardrobe, chair, (satellite TV with DVD and Playstation 3 . Flooring was laid with laminate. 2 bedrooms with double bed 2.00m x 2.00m wide with comfort slatted bed frame, 2x bedside tables, cloth lamps, wardrobe, mirror, stool, laminate flooring. Bathroom with shower, mirror cabinet with vanity unit, washbasin, scales, hairdryer, stool, make-up mirror, standing toilet. Hallway with wardrobe, tiled floor. We have free W-Lan for you for failures and disturbances we assume no liability.
The west-facing balcony is equipped with garden furniture 4x chairs 2x tables, parasol. In 15 m distance is still a garden house with table football, table with 4 chairs and a grill ca.40m² races for common use available. there is no possibility to charge an electric car for this the house current is not designed fire hazard.
Car parking space directly at the house, bicycles can be locked in the garage.
The distance to the beach is about 900m. The beach is accessible via good paths, so that e.g. a pram or handcart can be taken along. The town centre with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 800m away. Approx. 15 minutes walk
