No additional fee for a heated pool. Soak in panoramic privacy from thick surrounding bamboo and arching live oak trees. The waterfall, with bench underneath, will take your mind off life for a while and make you feel you are indeed on vacation. (8) pool floats included. October - May the resort-style pool is heated to 87 degrees. Automatically 87 degrees upon arrival.

Take a neighborhood morning walk with picturesque lake views to keep your mind off the exercise. 15 min to river tubing, 20 min from New Braunfels and Gruene, 30min from Wimberley, for unique Hill Country shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and nature trails.

Some might decide to get sweaty, prior to a swim, with a game of basketball at the half court. Kids will enjoy a designated toy room. Other games include croquet, tossing the football, barefoot, in the bright green grass, corn hole, and ring toss. Watch the big game from the hot tub or classic movie inside, fireside. Everyone can watch his or her favorite shows around the main home and casita between seven large screen HD/4K TVs, each with Roku streaming.

★ MAGICAL EVENING FEEL ★
Once the sun sets, Fancy Like turns into a magical place with year-round enchanting string lights from tree to tree and around the pool. Let the fun continue into the evening in a surreal evening setting, with complete privacy.

★ MAKING MAMA'S LIFE EASIER ★
She doesn't have to lug baby gear. Swim diapers, high chair, folding portable crib with clean sheet, portable playpen with clean sheet, bassinet, changing table with wipes, separate toy room, kids dining table, PFOA-free plastic kids dining ware, and a dinosaur kitchen step stool are all provided. And most importantly, all are pristinely clean. For night-night time, a spotless bath tub, will mean no change in the normal at-home routine.

Equipped with All-Clad pots and pans, bakeware, modern appliances, and spices; ideal for the inspired home chef. A bright, light-filled space designed for convenience with labeled cabinets and light switches. Fun-colored pool-friendly cups because Fun and Fancy are top priorities 'round here.

★ HIGH-END COFFEE BARS ★
Provided Keurig/coffee maker combo, French press, bean grinder, coffee/tea pods, organic coffee beans, teas, ground coffee, creamer, sugars, and to-go cups. One coffee bar in main house and one in casita. Includes locally roasted beans from Gruene Haus Coffee. Even the coffee is an authentic Hill Country vacation experience. It's all about the little things. A separate coffee station, with mini fridge, located inside the casita.
