The main level has 2 large bedrooms with QUEEN beds. One has an ensuite bathroom, and the other has a full bath across the hall. The second level downstairs takes you to the Canyon Sky deck and pool area. Downstairs also meets you with the main master bedroom with KING bed and full bath and a relaxing, 8 jet hydrotherapy tub. There is another large bedroom with a QUEEN bed and full bathroom and an attached bonus "bunk room" with bunkbeds and Play Station 4 with games. Most bedrooms have new flat screen TV's. The home is beautifully decorated accompanied with luxurious linens, pillows and bedding are provided.

***ENTRANCE***

No fumbling with keys. Canyon Sky has an open front patio area with keyless entry system. Inside, the immediate view of the lake is awesome! The first-floor level has stunning lake views. There is a jet ski on the front entry deck with backdrop picture of Canyon Lake just waiting to have its picture taken! The open concept layout has plenty of space and is freshly furnished throughout. Decorated charming country chic and comfortable. The living room is open and bright with the natural light streaming in through the large windows and a smart 55" TV perfect for watching the big game or your favorite shows. An adjoining game room with foosball and gaming table will keep you entertained indoors.

****SKY LOUNGE & POOL***

The Canyon Sky deck is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise across the lake. At night, sit back with a glass of wine and watch the Milky Way appear as the moon reflects off the water of the lake. Sit at the bar made of repurposed wood from a 1940's wooden hospital in Seguin & enjoy a beverage. Enjoy the 2nd story private pool overlooking the lake for a swim!

Parking limited to four compact vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the street.

Use of stairs REQUIRED. Stairs from parking down to main level. Stairs down to 2nd level and sky deck.

Pool cleaners come every Thursday.

Clothes Washer/Dryer is located in a guest bedroom in large walk in closet.

***Security cameras are in various locations through exterior commonplaces (carport, doorbell camera entrance to main house, pool equipment). Guests can be assured that footage is only used should issues arise regarding violation of house rules.
***The pool is closed from mid Nov to mid March (negotiable depending on outdoor temperatures)
***We provide a starter pack of basic amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, etc.). Should you require anything further, grocery stores are short 5-10min drive away.
